A Day with Me

Let me just say that I think this whole Blog world is awesome... as I sit waiting for my hair to dry, I think to myself. Today, has been a great day for me. I woke up at 7:30 this morning and had to go see my dentist... I know what your thinking...1. That is early!!! 2. Who wants to go to the dentist?.... Although, on the inside my tummy was turning... 2 1/2 hours later I was finished and I am alive... lol after that, I went to get my hair cut and ran some errands. I got to catch up on the phone with my mom and it felt good to hear her voice. Wal-mart... (I so prefer Target)... was crazy!!! On to dying my hair.... and cleaning up the house and my car. I am looking forward to a great weekend and spending some time with my husband keithy. :) *Eat, Drink, and Be Merry*

The Weight of the World...

The weight of the world is staying heavily on my shoulders. Today is Easter Sunday, I got to go to church today with my family. The message meant a lot. I have been stressed, saddened, hurt and I know that Jesus is here to help me. As all of you know, I am opening my heart back up to him, to help me lead my way through life. I almost feel relieved. There has been a lot going on in my world. I am on a freight train or so, I feel. Work is crazy, but busy and that is always a good sign. Hopefully things are looking up in the retail world. Keith and I are getting ready to purchase our first home and even though this is a scary process for me, I am starting to get excited. I must go help cook... we all know I need all the help I can get in that department. I hope everyone has a blessed day!

That Time of Year

Ah. the time comes around every year... On Sunday, April 5th, we remember the life of my mother who passed in 1995. It is one of the hardest days for me. I can't believe that all this time has passed by and what all she has missed. It has always kept a whole in my heart. There are so many questions, I would like to ask her. WHY??? But, all I know is that I have to work on my Faith and Hope because I am wanting to get into a better place with GOD. Here are the lyrics of a great song....
